Job Description:
This is a Part Time, Seasonal position located in Thompsonville.
COMPLETED CRYSTAL MOUNTAIN EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR FULL CONSIDERATION
Duties include fielding guest inquiries into lodging & services at Crystal Mountain via phone. This position also handles reporting, internet updating and switchboard coverage. Responsible for highest level of guest service & promoting amenities of the resort. Shift will vary as call volume dictates.
Nights, weekends & holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
Excellent communications skills and clear phone voice required. Prior sales and reservation agent experience preferred. Word/10-key/email experience, attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers is necessary. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to work hours. Criminal background check required. Non-smoking candidates preferred.
